Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation must be given at least 45 days before your camp session to receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation date applies to the original session dates signed up for regardless of session changes. Once a session is full, we will not be able to issue you a refund or move the camper to another session unless the spot can be filled by another camper that is on a waitlist. Contact Us with questions or concerns.

We understand emergencies come up and will do our best to look at each circumstance and try to accommodate accordingly. If there is a waitlist for the session, we will try to replace the cancellation with a waitlisted camper(s) for a full refund minus the administrative fee.
